Door gebruik te maken van deze dienst gaat u akkoord met de volgende voorwaarden:
Wij = de eenmanszaak Sq3, handelend onder de naam "McPlay" geregistreerd onder KVK-nummer 86142933.
Jij & u = jij, de gebruiker van de dienst.
Wij behouden het recht om de overeenkomst tot de dienst per direct, zonder reden van opgaaf te ontbinden, op te zeggen of te beëindigen.
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor de aangemaakte records, mochten er klachten over zijn vragen we je om contact op te nemen met abuse@mcplay.eu .
Wij gebruiken uw e-mailadres als contactmiddel over informatie over het uitvoeren van de overeenkomst, en om u op de hoogte te kunnen stellen van wijzigen of andere omstandigheden rond de uitvoering, ontbinding of andere rechtshandelingen van of met betrekking tot de overeenkomst of deze algemene voorwaarden.
Wij gebruiken uw e-mailadres ook om u te identificeren als u een verzoek doet tot wijziging van de uitvoering of voorwaarden van de overeenkomst.

Bij een verzoek tot verwijdering van persoonsgegevens zijn wij niet meer in staat om de overeenkomst uit te voeren.
De dienst zal per het verwerken van het verzoek tot verwijdering dan ook stoppen, en de overeenkomst tot uitvoering van de dienst zal beëindigd zijn.
Wij behouden het recht om de voorwaarden te veranderen of aan te passen wanneer wij willen.
Het Nederlands recht is van toepassing.
By using this service you agree to the following terms:
We = the sole proprietorship Sq3, trading under the name "McPlay" registered under the Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 86142933.
You & u = you, the user of the service.
We reserve the right to dissolve, cancel or terminate the agreement for the service with immediate effect, without giving any reason.
We are not liable for the records created, if there are complaints about it, we ask you to contact abuse@mcplay.eu .
We contact you using your e-mail address for information regarding the performance of this agreement, and to notify you of changes or other circumstances surrounding the execution, dissolution or other legal acts of or relating to the agreement or these terms.
We also use your email address to identify you if you make a request to change the performance or terms of the agreement.

In the event of a request for removal of personal data, we are no longer able to perform the agreement.
The service will therefore stop as soon as the removal request is processed, and the agreement to perform the service will be terminated.
We reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions at any time.
Dutch law applies.
